Small Studio... Big Dreams...

Hit Warehouse first opened its doors April of 2008 and originated in the small town of Newburgh, Indiana, just a couple of hours Northwest of Music City, Nashville, Tennessee.  Hit Warehouse had served surrounding the communities of Newburgh, Evansville, Owensboro, Henderson, Kentucky among other small cities that comprised of the Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky “Tri-State” area.  It was conceptualized and founded by musician, audio engineer, producer, Nicholas Gasmena.  Both the studio and Nicholas started the beginnings of their career in a small home basement studio, where his passion for recording, mixing, and music production in the company of talented songwriters, musicians, and artists was only grow stronger, and committed his life to what he believes is his natural calling.  Shortly after the official launch of Hit Warehouse in 2008, Hit Warehouse quickly became a household name to artist and recording engineers within the local music community, and soon was known as one of the busiest and high volume studios in the Tri-State region.  We like to attribute our successes to the studio’s comfortable, low stress and distraction free environment coupled with staff’s light and fun “get it done” work ethic.  In late 2010, Nicholas pursued new opportunities presented to him in Nashville, Tennessee as a freelance engineer and then later moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where both he and Hit Warehouse would incorporate themselves quickly into the local music community as an asset, where they would team up with Arizona Songwriters Circle, an organization that provides educational, networking, studio, mentor-ships, gig opportunities, and other resources to the local community of singers, songwriters and musicians in the valley.

On January 1st 2013, Hit Warehouse purchased a property in the quiet and comfortable city of Mesa, Arizona.  Our studios are conveniently located just a short 10 minute drive from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, for those of you traveling here for your session, or near the Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, corridor just 4 miles east of the Loop 101 and Loop 202 (Red Mountain Freeway) for you locals.  Our facilities were professionally designed by Nicholas, under the supervision of a handful of professional studio architects and acousticians who helped verify and ensure that our studios had optimal room dimensions, and that we payed highest regard to each room’s acoustical properties and features, giving each room a specifically built purpose.  Each of our 5 recording studios are well balanced and feature unique tonal characteristics and nuances that lend themselves beautifully to recording a wide array of audio production from recording foley, voice over, acoustic recording, live recording, multi-tracking, or post production.  Three of our studios utilize soundproof laminated glass, much like bullet proof glass, which coupled with our specially designed multiple layer sound isolating walls, help ensure the ultimate in separation between rooms for live recording scenarios and low noise floor listening environments during tracking, while providing constant line-of-sight communication between musicians and the engineer/producers.  Learn more about our studio facilities here.

We proudly serve clients globally, via the world wide web, as well as the the greater Phoenix area, including Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Glendale, Surprise, Peoria, Payson, & Flagstaff.  On occasion we can provide over-night accommodations, and there are also hotels very close to our location.  We’d be happy to help you make arrangements if you are visiting us from out of town.
